At Amphibian King, we want to ensure you find the perfect fit for your athletic journey, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unworn gear in its original packaging. If your new footwear or apparel isn't meeting your performance needs, we are here to help with a seamless exchange or refund process.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unused items back in their original shoe box or packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely protected.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, affix it to the outside of your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned equipment, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 3 to 5 business days.
